  • Dealers can choose from several types of specials, including Vehicle, Model Offer, Parts, Service or Event/Other. 
  • After answering a few simple questions and entering a few details, your new specials creative is deployed. Dealers can choose from default creative or upload custom backgrounds, and select the parts of the website where they want the creative to appear.
  • Vehicles can be grouped by Body Style, Make, Condition, Mileage, Model Year, MPG or price.
  • For dealers with Experience Optimization, all manufacturer incentives are automatically pre-loaded into Specials Campaign Manager.

Experience Optimization
Dealer.com leverages data from Cox Automotive partners Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book to deliver personalized experiences on our websites. Our Experience Optimization package drives better engagement on your website by getting shoppers in front of the vehicles and specials that matter most to them.

Enhanced inventory recommendations, shown above, allow you to display relevant vehicles in your inventory based on user browsing data from Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and your website.

Dynamic Content Targeting allows specials assets from Specials Campaign Manager to be automatically reordered, based on the same user browsing data, to ensure the more relevant and specials content is displayed to shoppers as they are researching vehicles.

Automated Incentives leverages data from Incentives Manager to display the best available incentive for a shopper based on their vehicle of interest, even when one hasn't been created by the dealer.
